1 Before Booking

Your booking is completed When We received your email which fill withÂ “application necessary items”.
3 Decision of operation of the tour
When we reach the minimum number of participants, we will contact you with a decision on the event. Whether or not to decide the event will be finally decided one month ago and we will contact all customers.
Payment (card payment) is required within two weeks after the decision of the organizing decision.
Please note that if there is no payment by the deadline your booking is automatically canceled.
5 Final guide
Final Guide(Sending a fixed document) One month to two weeks before we will do from our company.
