Visiting the core spots of Japanese food culture and an old geisha museum.
Dashi tasting at a traditional shop “Uneno” would be a special experience.
In Shimabara area, enjoy a town walk and visit an old geisha house “Sumiya”.
Kyoto wholesale market is the core of Japanese food culture. Your guide will explain the transporting and auction system. Although it is well organized the market keeps asian chaotic atmosphere.
In the end, enjoy local lunch around the market.

-Relaxing lunch time at a cafe. The owner of the cafe Seika has a craft gallery right next to the cafe. In her little lovely gallery, she will explain how she supports the local craftsmen.
-A great opportunity to interact with locals. Seika is an amazing woman with immense knowledge about traditional crafts. You will love her!

-Have fun, and you still have a whole afternoon.

In this excursion, romantic tram train riding is arranged for early fall colors.
Sagano Romantic Train
Cute tram runs along Hozu canyon and makes you amused.

It would be the best timing for photo lovers.

-Despite its importance in the Kimono industry, not many people ( and few guests from overseas) visit there due to accessibility. This time we are arranging a special exploring tour made for Kimono Trips.
-Tour will visit two local small factories and be able to meet craftspeople.
-Ama-no-hashidate , which means bridge to heaven, is a beach known as one of Japan’s three scenic views. Visit there around sunset and enjoy beach walking in the dusk.
