Reservations and cancellations
– Can I make a private reservation?
If no one has made a reservation in advance, you can make a private reservation.
However, some tours may be designated as a group tour. Please check each tour page for details.
– How many days in advance can I cancel?
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days in advance or the day before. Conditions vary depending on the tour and the recruitment period.
– What payment methods are available?
Advance payment by credit card.
– Can I join alone?
No problem! Many people join alone.
– I’m not sure whether to participate.

Tour Contents and Terms
– Are there any age restrictions? Can families enjoy the tour?
It depends on the tour. There are also tours with age restrictions.
– I can’t speak Japanese, is that OK?
Sure! The guide will guide you in English.
– Are tours wheelchair accessible?
It depends on the tour. Please Contact us.
Meeting, Delay, and Dismissal
– How do we meet?
Please come to the Tour meeting point by the meeting time.
– What if I’m late?
Please let the guide know that you are going to be late. If you are about 5 – 10 minutes late, we will wait, but if there are other participants, the tour will start after that. Please be sure to come to the meeting point on time.
– Can I join or leave midway?
Since most tours involve moving around the city, it is difficult to join midway. If you need to leave midway due to an emergency, the guide will help you.
– Where do we end?
Each tour has a set ending point (local station), so please check the tour information. The guide will briefly help you go to the station or take a taxi.
But, sometimes guests become friends and go to another bar for drinks or karaoke.
Customizing the tour
– I want to change the tour destination.
→ If there are other participants in the tour, you cannot change it. Private tours can be customized.
– I want to change the tour time.
→ If there are other participants on the tour, changes cannot be made. Private tours can be customized.
Japanese culture and manners
– Is there a dress code?
No.
– What should I know before the tour?
In Japan, the legal drinking age is 20 years old. If you are participating in a tour that includes drinking, please check the details on the page.
– Can I join if I have a tattoo?
Yes.
