Please note that without providing the requested personal information, you may be unable to make online reservations or use certain services.
2. Collection Through Form Submission at Application
For event applications, we request the following information:
- For individuals, the participant’s name, age, and contact information (address, phone number, and email).
- For groups, the representative’s name and contact information (address, phone number, and email), as well as a participant list.
- Additionally, for safety and accident prevention, we may request information such as the participant’s health condition (medical history) and accommodation details, as necessary.
Please note that without providing the requested personal information, you may be unable to make online reservations or use certain services.
3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
- To submit documents to insurance companies.
- To compile statistical data (such as age groups and gender ratios).
- To contact customers after the event if necessary (for lost or forgotten items).
- To provide information on related events when necessary, based on the personal information managed.
4. Protection of Personal Information
- Data for Online Reservations and Inquiries
We will strictly manage personal information related to online reservations. This is to prevent external leaks or unauthorized access. - Handling of Lists and Application Forms
Participant lists or similar documents will never be provided to third parties, except for the aforementioned insurance companies.
※ However, this does not apply in cases where we cooperate with the police due to crimes or accidents.
- Other Information from Business Contracts
Personal information obtained through operations entrusted by external organizations will be promptly deleted after the necessary reports and documents are prepared following the completion of the business.
5. Regarding Portrait and Copyright
In principle, the copyrights for photos and videos taken during the event application period belong to us.
These materials are primarily used for advertising (brochures, magazines, etc.) and websites, but may be provided to third-party organizations (such as the media) with the customer’s consent.
- Photos or videos will only be taken with the customer’s consent, ensuring that personal portrait rights are respected.
We will provide clear explanations and options for individuals (or guardians) to refuse being photographed.
※ The section about transferring portrait rights is included in the application form, but it is not a condition for participating in the event. - If a customer expresses refusal to be photographed, their preference will be respected, and no photography will occur.
- Photos and videos used for public relations or promotional activities will be limited to those for which customer consent has been obtained. In the case of minors, consent will also be obtained from guardians or chaperones. However, photos where individuals cannot be easily identified (such as silhouettes or wide-angle shots) and group photos may be exempt from this requirement.
