Inside of Fushimi Inari – Exploring and lunch with locals

Ryoma did a fantastic job of guiding us at the shrine. His knowledge of the history and his knowledge of the local area really added to the trip. He shared the right amount of personal information to help us understand him as a person, which made the information more meaningful and memorable. It was apparent that he had friends along the trail and helped us feel welcomed as his guests. Ryoma took us on a route less travelled and we felt like we had a special understanding of the mountain deity. He achieved this very important and subtle difference from being a tourist/visitor to being a welcomed guest. A real professional in his trade

Cycle Kyoto’s Hidden Gems & Gion Stroll

This was a fabulous experience and a great way to explore Kyoto. I saw many things I never would have seen just going to the major tourist spots. Biking by the river, visiting shrines off the beaten path and being able to ask endless questions of our guides, who were incredibly polite, considerate, and helpful, made it really above and beyond what I expected of such a tour. It helps that Kyoto is such a beautiful and tranquil place with so much history. The animals by the river were an added treat!

If you’re looking for an exciting culinary adventure in Osaka, I highly recommend Kenji’s food tour in Tenjinbashi. From mouthwatering street food to fresh sushi and delicious hibachi-grilled meat, every stop was a unique and memorable experience.
