〈Excursion 1〉Visiting Gion and Japanese course dinner

〈Excursion 2〉Sashiko Experience at a Local Mom's House
Price : 15,000 yen / person

Dismissing point: Yuki’s parents’ home near JR Nishioji station
We will meet at the hotel lobby, take taxi to Yuki’s parents’ home.
You will ride a taxi back to the hotel.

〈Excursion 4〉Zidai Matsuri Viewing Ticket
Price: 8,000JPY / person
Time: 22Oct(Thu) 11:30 – 12:30
Meeting Point: Meet on-site at the South Gate of Kyoto Imperial Palace.
Dismissal Point: Dismiss on-site at the South Gate of Kyoto Imperial Palace.
Number of Members: No Limitation
Points of Tour
Watch the Jidai Matsuri (Festival of Ages), one of Kyoto’s three major festivals, from thrilling paid spectator seats.
This option is for tickets only and does not include a guide.
You are responsible for making your own way to the South Gate of Kyoto Imperial Palace for viewing.
Please note that an English booklet is included to explain the festival.
Schedule
The procession is scheduled to depart at 12:00.
You need to be seated by 11:30 at the latest.
The procession is scheduled to depart from Kyoto Imperial Palace at 12:00 and arrive at Heian Jingu Shrine at 14:30.
I believe you will be able to view the procession from your paid seat until approximately 12:30.

Notifications
- The paid seats are located at the South Gate of Kyoto Imperial Palace, which is a 30-minute walk or a 5- to 10-minute taxi ride from your hotel.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- Until 7 days before the excursion tour : 0% charge but the actual cost will be excerpted (ex. seat ticket )
- 6 to 0 days before the excursion tour : 100% fee
However, if the excursion is canceled due to extremely bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as an earthquake, blackout, etc., the excursion fee will be fully refunded but the actual cost will be excerpted.
