Cancellation Policy
If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
- Until 7 days before the excursion tour : 0% charge but the actual cost will be excerpted (ex. seat ticket )
- 6 to 0 days before the excursion tour : 100% fee
However, if the excursion is canceled due to extremely bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as an earthquake, blackout, etc., the excursion fee will be fully refunded but the actual cost will be excerpted.
