*The deposit of 20,000 JPY per person must be completed within 7 days of issuance.
*For tours booked within a month, please pay the entire tour fee along with the deposit.

Risks and Age Requirements
It is important to note that Mount Fuji is not merely a hiking peak. It comes with certain risk factors, including changes in air pressure at higher altitudes and extended treks through the wilderness. Additionally, the weather can be unpredictable at times and there is also a possibility of falling rocks.
For these reasons, we have two requirements:
・JIN’s Mount Fuji Tour is suitable for individuals aged 10 and older, as well as adults aged 75 and under.
・Customers aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please exercise caution when considering younger or elder person for the trip.
What's Included

- Accommodation, meals, and transportation from Kawaguchiko to the 5th station(round trip)
- *JIN will secure lodge bookings ahead of the public application. ex) Taishikan lodge
- *Other Fees will apply when using unscheduled lodges.
- One complimentary equipment rental for children aged 17 and under, one rental set per group.
- Online 1-hour consultation covering preparation, gear, access, etc.
*Online consultation is not available for those who apply after June 16 (Japan time). - Guided visits to popular tourist attractions. ex) Kitaguchi Hongu
- Climbing certification and a limited-edition Mt. Fuji photo book
- National park entry fee
- Complimentary pulse oximeter, helmet and amenity items
- Luggage keeping at the station while climbing
- Bag storage service at the lodge while night summiting
Not Included
- OPTION: Additional rental gears at our affiliated shop “La Mont”
- OPTION: Additional arrangements after the tour for transportation, guides, and accommodations.
- Guests are responsible for additional expenses such as tips for toilets, extra food and beverages, and shopping items.
- In case of an accident, there is a rescue vehicle charge (approximately 40,000 JPY), but note that most travel insurances typically provide coverage for this.
- We strongly recommend that you obtain personal accident insurance for your own protection.
Offer for Kids
JIN’s guides are dedicated to assisting family trips to Mount Fuji because we, too, experienced the joy of hiking with our families during our childhoods. Our goal is to facilitate a connection between the next generation and the wonders of nature.
However, we do not provide discounts for children because mountain hut fees are the same as those for adults, and our guides often offer additional assistance, sometimes even more than they do for adults.
Instead, we provide a complimentary equipment rental for children aged 17 and under, one rental set per group. So please inform us at the time of booking. Seven-item rental gears

【Finalizing and Payment : From 1st May 】
４．JIN will finalize arrangements and then the main invoice will be generated.
５．Please complete the payment for the remaining tour fee.
*This payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the tour.
【Online meeting and Preparation：From 15th May 】
６．Join a 1-hour online meeting led by a guide, which will cover topics such as preparation, gear, access, and more.
７．Prepare yourself with gear, transportation, and physical fitness.

Price and Cancel
Cancel Policy
１． Customers should know that the schedule may be altered, canceled, or interrupted due to weather conditions, trail congestion, official regulations, and ensuring customer and guide safety. Additionally, please remember that weather conditions may impact the visibility of the sunrise. JIN is not responsible for these events beyond our control.
２． On several days during the season when it’s impossible to begin the ascent from the 5th station due to extreme weather conditions like typhoons, a full 100% fee refund will be offered.
３． When issues arise for which JIN is responsible and result in the cancellation of the tour, a full 100% refund of the fee will be provided. Alternatively, result in the event of itinerary changes, we will refund the amount equivalent to the portion that has been altered, excluding any expenses incurred after the modification.
４． When a reservation is canceled for a guest’s reason, the following cancellation charge will be assessed at the following rates. The date is calculated from the departure date of the tour.
・A non-refundable deposit of 20,000 JPY per person is always required.
・30 days to 8 days before the tour: A cancellation fee of either 20% of the total tour price or a 20,000 JPY deposit per person, whichever is higher, will apply.
・7 days to 3 days before the tour: 50% cancellation fee.
・2 days before or after the tour: 100% cancellation fee.
